Backwoods Bashes was founded by Mother-Daughter Power Duo from East Texas, Deanie & Jessica.
With over 20+ years of visiting their favorite getaway spots in Broken Bow & Hochatown, Oklahoma, Deanie & Jessica developed a passion for creating magical spaces to celebrate life’s special moments.
During this time, they learned how a carefully curated and decorated space could enhance their gatherings & bring people together. Throughout the years, friends and family would turn to them to help decorate their spaces too. Then in 2023, they realized they had something really special to offer & decided it was time to share their passion with the world; thus Backwoods Bashes was created!
They’re hope is to help others find magic in the moments that mean the most without the stress, hassle, & worry of DIY-ing it or having to figure it out on their own. If you’re in need of a little extra razzle-dazzle – Deanie & Jessica have you covered!

When is payment due?
Payment is due in full upon booking your bash.
Terms & conditions
We are not responsible for any damages made to the cabin if client decides to take down decorations on their own.
We are not responsible for misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal items.
We are not responsible for guests arriving earlier than scheduled time and our job not being finished yet.
Giving us the cabin entry code does not give us the right to enter beyond our scheduled time.
Payments must be made in full on day of booking.
We are not responsible for charges by cabin owner for an extra clean up fee if decorations are left when client agreed to take them down.
No cabin will be decorated exactly the same
All bookings must be done via our website and not by email or msg on social media
